1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- You receive the wrong item.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product is significantly different from what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, certificates (if applicable), invoices, and accessories must be included.
- The product must not show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized jewelry.
- Engraved products.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care.
- Clearance or final sale items (unless damaged or defective).
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide:
- Order Number
- Product Name
- Reason for Return
- Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
If approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong product, damaged item, or manufacturing defect), Orneve will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
5. Refund Policy
Once your returned product is received and inspected:

- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

6. Exchange Policy
